One of my all time favorite movies is Forrest Gump and to put it into his words, “there’s an awful lot you could tell about a person by their shoes.” It might sound cheesy, but there really is a lot you can tell about a person by the shoes they wear. Me for example, I almost always wear my Chacos. That is if it is warm enough! I don’t own a bunch of cute sandals to match all my different outfits. I just wear one of my three pairs of Chacos and go on with my day. I also have several pairs of running shoes and by several I mean a lot! Most of them have too many miles on them to run in, but I can’t seem to get rid of them. Just from these two types of shoes you can already tell that I am an outdoorsy person (from the Chacos) and that I am an avid runner from my excess number of running shoes. In the summer you will hardly ever see me wearing anything other than these two types of shoes, if I’m wearing shoes at all. I always step up my shoe game when it gets cold though! As soon as fall hits I pull out booties (which I love with all my heart)! I have a pair in just about every color! If I am not wearing one of my several different pairs of heeled booties, I’m probably wearing my Sperry duck boots, especially if it snows. If you don’t own a pair I highly recommend them! They are super cute, but still keep your feet warm and dry when it’s cold and snowy.
I bet you feel like you already know everything there is to know about me! Surprisingly, there is more to me than my shoes. For starters my name is Kirsten and I am a 20 year old college student at Ball State University. I am majoring in Marketing and Business Analytics with a minor in Math (sounds like a lot right!). With that being said I stay pretty busy with my school work so worrying about what shoes I am going to wear everyday just isn’t something I have time for, so knowing what kind of shoes fit my personality is so important. Outside of class I am apart of Ball State’s run club and spend a lot of time hanging out with my close friends (Most of which are in the picture below)! I am also lucky enough to get to live with three of my best friends this year!
When I’m not at school I live at home with my mom, dad, little brother (I also have an older brother he just doesn’t live at home anymore), and our four dogs; Miley, Mia, Ripley, and Remi. Here’s a picture of one of our dogs because I know you all want to see!
Anyway, this is my first time blogging so hang in there, I’m sure I’ll get the hang of it eventually!
